Your free listing stays online, nothing changes for it. What you're buying is one of the 3 places at the top of your MRC, above every other listing. Compare 449 $ with the margin on a single job: if it's higher, one signed job pays for the year. And if the guarantee isn't met, your next year is on us.
No. You pay once, for 12 months. Nothing is charged afterwards, nothing renews by itself. Before your 12 months end, you get 30 days' priority to keep your place at the same price, before it's offered to other contractors in your area. Keep it more than 30 days before the end and you get an extra month free (13 months instead of 12), plus “Partner since 2027” on your listing. If you let it go, it's offered to others.
If, at the end of your 12 months, you've signed fewer than 2 jobs (10 for the #1 place) with homeowners who came through Québec Rénovation, your next year is on us. A job counts once it's signed and installed. We ask you to reply to enquiries within 2 working days, keep your listing and your RBQ licence up to date, and mark in your Pro account whether each job was signed. To claim, email hello@quebec-renovation.com within 30 days of the end of your 12 months. When in doubt, we honour it.
No. Every enquiry Québec Rénovation sends you goes to you alone. Homeowners are of course free to contact anyone they like on their own — but what we send you goes to no one else.

A list only has one first line and one top 3. So we sell only 3 places per MRC — one #1 and two top-3 — so each one stays visible. The cap is enforced by our system: a 4th booking is refused. Your MRC (regional county municipality) groups neighbouring towns into one zone: a place covers the whole MRC, not a single town.
